6.1 Our CZ stones are AAAAA-grade, meaning they are colorless, flawless, precision-cut, and brilliantly polished.

6.2 We strive to ensure product images accurately represent the actual products. However, slight variations in color, size, and design may occur due to monitor settings and manufacturing processes.

6.3 Metal settings are made from sterling silver (925), rhodium-plated, gold-plated, or high-quality alloys as specified in product descriptions.

6.4 Product weights and measurements are approximate and may vary slightly.

7.1 We accept custom orders based on client specifications and designs.

7.2 Custom orders require 50% advance payment before production begins, with the remaining 50% due before shipping.

7.3 Private labeling services are available. Please provide your branding requirements, packaging specifications, and design preferences.

7.4 Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has started. Any cancellations will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

7.5 Custom orders typically require 15-30 days for production, depending on complexity and order volume.
